The System is a modern development and realization of our present times.
The System is aiming to answer the need to a practical, simple way of self defense specially for the use of the Security Forces as well as citizens needs for basic self defense.
Dr. Rony Kluger, served as a Krav Maga Instructor during his service in the Israeli Defense Forces, and during many years he served as an Analyzer and Expert Advisor to various official security agencies in Israel and world wide.
Dr. Kluger established and leaded the Martial Arts department in Israel's main Institute of Sport and Physical Education the well known "Wingate Institute", after serving the government for over 19 years, he serving today as Faculty Rector in the Israeli College for Security and Investigation.
Naturally the System found it's home within the frame of IBSSA (International Bodyguard and Security Services Association).
Dr. Rony Kluger is the Chairman of the Education & Qualification department of IBSSA and responsible of the Educational and Qualification procedures of the official IBSSA courses.
The Israeli System of Military Self Defence, Krav Maga courses are recognised and certified by IBSSA. The discipline become an integral part of all IBSSA courses.
Dr. Rony Kluger, has a very firm background in traditional Martial arts too. He is the Dean of the International Budo Academy and the Head of Karate Do International Renmei.
He is a recognized officer of the historical Dai Nippon Butokukai and certified Hachi Dan in Karate Do, and the holder of Dai Nippon Butokukai's tittle of Kyoshi (Teacher of Teacher's).
He also recognized as official Shibucho of Okinawa Goju Ryu Karate Do Kyokai, Jundokan. Dr. Kluger is one of the most Senior western student of the late MIYAZATO Eichi, Hanshi, Ju Dan.
Rony Kluger is certified 8th Dan Ju Jitsu (WJJKO) as a personal student of G.S. Bertoletti, Soke.
He studied and certified in Traditional Okinawa Kobudo, Tai Chi and Iai.
Dr. Kluger is a full time professional teacher of Fighting Arts.
